HEY EVERYONE:
Today I read about an australian surfer that got arrested in Indonesia (i think it was in Bali). She got busted with 9 pounds of weed in her surfboard bag at the airport. Indonesian law is very strict about drug smuggling: she could have got a death sentence [insane!!] but thanks to her lawyer, she got 20 years in jail (which still is a mind-fucking situation; she's 27).She denies the charges,but she's fucked.
This screwed up my day...most surfers I've met are very good people,and I dont think this girl intended to sell any of that marijuana; she was on a surf trip...
